1. Welcome
Welcome to Decibel Divas. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and to any purchases you make from our online store. By using this website or placing an order, you accept and agree to these Terms. Your statutory rights are not affected.

2. Definitions

Buyer: Any individual or entity purchasing goods from Decibel Divas.

Seller: Decibel Divas.

Goods: Any products offered for sale on the website.

Contract: The agreement formed between Buyer and Seller for the purchase of Goods.

Writing: Includes email and any form of digital communication.​

3. Orders & Acceptance

Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

An email acknowledging receipt of your order will be sent; however, this does not constitute formal acceptance.​

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock shortages, or suspected fraud.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring order details are correct prior to purchase.​

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP (£), including VAT where applicable.

Payment is processed securely via Wix Payments.

Orders may be cancelled if payment fails or is reversed.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
5.1 Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of receipt by contacting us in Writing.

Some items are excluded from cancellation (see 5.4).
5.2 Returns

Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original, resaleable condition with all original packaging intact.

Return shipping costs are the Buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or defective.

We strongly recommend using tracked postage for all returns.
5.3 Free Returns for Faulty or Defective Items

We offer free returns on any garments that are defective or faulty.

Free returns do not apply for change of mind, or requests to exchange size or colour.

If you qualify for a free return, reasonable return postage costs will be reimbursed upon receipt of proof of postage and cost.

Customers must contact us prior to returning any faulty goods for authorisation.

5.5 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Delivery charges may not be refunded unless the entire order is returned due to fault or error.

5.6 Post-Cancellation Returns After Shipment

If cancellation is requested after an order has already been dispatched, customers must still receive and return the goods at their own cost before any refund is processed.

5.7 Return Condition & Product Care

Please take care when opening packages — scissors or sharp objects should not be used. Returns showing scissor damage or cut packaging may not be accepted.

Items must be returned in an unworn, unwashed condition and fit for resale.

Customers should avoid trying on garments while wearing makeup, perfume, deodorant, or other products that may transfer onto the fabric. Items returned with stains, odours, or marks may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

All returned items will be inspected before a refund is processed. We reserve the right to reduce or refuse refunds where items are returned in a condition unfit for resale unless previously authorised due to a fault.

5.8 Returns Outside the 14-Day Period

Returns or exchanges requested after the 14-day cancellation period are accepted only at our discretion.

In such cases, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and associated charges.

6. Shipping & Delivery
6.1 Dispatch

Dispatched within 1–2 working days (Mon-Fri).

Delivery times: UK 1–3 days; International 5–14 days.

6.2 Missing Deliveries

If delivery does not occur within 40 days of dispatch, contact us for investigation.

7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for all customs duties and import taxes.

Refusal to pay may result in no refund if goods are not returned.

Any return fees may be deducted from the refund.

8. Returned Parcels & Failed Deliveries

If goods are returned due to customs, refusal or incorrect details, refunds may be issued for the product only (excluding shipping and fees).

9. Digital Downloads & Event Tickets

No refunds unless faulty or cancelled.

Ticket name changes allowed up to 72 hours before event.

10. Fraud Prevention

Additional verification may be requested.

Orders suspected of fraud may be cancelled and refunded.

11. Prohibited Purchasing Practices

Bots and automated systems are prohibited.

Offenders may be banned.

12. Liability & Force Majeure

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Force majeure events may delay or cancel delivery. If delayed beyond 30 days, full refund available.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

We comply fully with UK GDPR and privacy laws.

Personal data is used only for order processing, support, and marketing where consented.
